Last week I spent some days in the adivasi villages of Tamia block in Chhindwara district in MP where we are running 15 of our Seva Kutirs where 1500 children are getting meals and education. These villages are in the picturesque Satpura hills (about 90 km from famous hill-station of Pachmarhi). In all these villages we addressed the whole village communities and we were overwhelmed by cordial reception extended by the local communities supported by Panchayat representatives. Our work in this area is flourishing under the leadership of Bhanupratap Singh and Ramashankar Sahu. We are now setting up more Seva Kutirs in this area. Now our Seva Kutirs districtw-se are as follows : Dewas (49), Sehore (43), Sheopur (39), Mandla (27), and Chhindwara (15). We have also placed a team in Khalwa block (in Khandwa district) which along with Karahal block in Sheopur is worst in malnourishment and health statistics in whole of MP (and among the worst in whole country), and will soon start Seva Kutirs there too.
